"Taste Of Japan is a car show that focuses on the OG tuner days, a car culture that seems to be fading with time. The scene to me has been going downhill and it’s caused some really good people along with their cool cars to separate themselves from the scene completely... Not attending shows or being involved in groups. But also not being able for their cars to be truly appreciated by enthusiasts who appreciate the same scene as they did years ago. I took some inspiration from the Daikoku meets down in Tokyo to create this vision I have for my shows. I hope with the future of Taste of Japan that we can bring out not only some killer cars but some hidden gems that people own that have faded away from reality. I may not have the biggest shows out there but I want to manifest a higher quality of show for tuner lovers like myself to enjoy.
I would also like to thank you guys who attended/supported my vision last year. I couldn’t have done it without you guys! First 2 shows were killer but the 3rd one was a little chaotic but we learn from these mistakes to strive for the vision this name stands for. We look forward to bringing back the golden era of tuners by creating these shows. Hopefully in the future we make shows out of state as well."
